Was Rock Lee Able to Fight Again
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is the sequel to Kishimoto's Naruto, and it's written by Ukyō Kodachi while being illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto. The series is pretty popular and it's easy to see why, as each chapter has been packed with action thus far.
With tons of great development and nerve-wracking fights, it gets more intense as we progress further. There have been lots of great fights in the series already and it's safe to say that none of them have been dull, to say the least. With that said, there are still many fights that the fans of the series want to witness and we've compiled a list of all of them, along with some we don't want to see.
10 Want to See: Naruto And Sasuke Vs. Jigen
Naruto and Sasuke are two of the most powerful characters in Boruto. The strength they possess is beyond anything a shinobi has ever achieved. After the end of the Naruto series, they stand on equal footing. In Boruto, they were the strongest until they came up against the leader of Kara, Jigen.
Jigen has fought Naruto and Sasuke once before which resulted in their defeat and it left a bitter taste in fans' mouths. As a result, everyone wants to see a rematch to see how well the two heroes will do against the monster that is Jigen when they clash once again.
9 Don't Care About: Naruto Vs. Sasuke
Naruto and Sasuke are two of the most beloved characters in the series. They have become a symbol of peace and at the same time, the inspiration for the next generation. But all the fans know that this wasn't the case in the past and that they were on each other's throat at all the time.
By the end of the Naruto series, everything was settled between the two which was marked by Sasuke's return to Konoha. If another battle between these two happens in Boruto, it will be extremely redundant and won't be any fun at all for the fans.
8 Want To See: Boruto vs Kawaki
Boruto is the son of Naruto Uzumaki, while Kawaki, on the other hand, is the foster son of Jigen. Both of them respect Naruto for his being a protective figure in the village and for treating everyone equally.
Kawaki shares a special bond with Naruto, who treats him like his son. His relationship with Boruto is also quite special and they can even be considered brothers, thanks to their bond. In the prologue of the series, we saw both of them clashing against each other which raises the question of what made them such great enemies if they were so close. It is a fight all the fans would love to see and, in the process, see how strong the two are.
7 Don't Care About: Izuno Wasabi Vs. Namida
Wasabi and Namida are both members of Team 15 of Konohagakure. They appear to be extremely close to each other, having spent time together since the Academy days.
As expected of proud Kunoichi, both of them have unique abilities which make them special in their own ways. Unfortunately, there just isn't much revealed about them and so far, they appear to be pretty one dimensional. To the fans, it is very hard to invest in characters like Namida and Wasabi. If there were a fight among these two, it won't be interesting at all as these both of them are bland with little to no interesting bits about them.
6 Want To See: Kashin Koji Vs. Jigen
Kashin Koji is a member of Kara who has been shrouded in mystery from the very beginning. His plan appears to be to kill Jigen, but the reason behind this is rather vague. With the recent revelations, Jigen has been weakened significantly because of his fight against Naruto and Sasuke.
Right now, Jigen is regaining his strength and Koji is attempting to take him down. In this fight, we'll likely see how strong Koji is and get the answer to the question of whether he'll be able to beat Jigen or not. But that's not all, we will also get to know who Koji is and his identity has been one of the most debated things in the community.
5 Don't Care About: Konohamaru Vs. Udon
Konohamaru is the team leader of Team 7 and the grandson of Hiruzen Sarutobi. He has been working really hard ever since meeting Naruto in his childhood, and his goal is the same as his idol.
He mastered one of the toughest Jutsu as a young boy and has, since then, been improving his techniques to become a powerful ninja. On the other side, we have his teammate Udon, who is very weak when compared to other ninjas. He hasn't done anything worthwhile, which makes him a boring character. If both of them will fight, it will be extremely one-sided and we doubt he can even graze Konohamaru.
4 Want To See: Rock Lee Vs. Any Kara Member
Rock Lee is a ninja who hails from Konohagakure and has risen to the rank of a Jōnin. He is a student of the legendary Might Guy, one of the strongest known characters to exist in the series. Rock Lee has trained quite a lot during the time between Naruto and Boruto and is known to have mastered the Eight Inner Gates Technique.
Rock Lee is a very powerful shinobi all of whose fights are worth watching, but there aren't many enemies who can match him except for Kara's members. Rock Lee will likely fight against one of their ranks when the time comes. It will help us to measure Rock Lee's progress, and at the same time, it'll be incredible to see him in action once again.
3 Don't Care About: Chocho Akimichi Vs. Sarada Uchiha
Chocho is a very close friend of Sarada who has fought beside her many times in the most difficult of times. She is quite a good fighter and although she's not a prodigy or anything, she can be of great use as a support. Unfortunately, Chocho isn't half as interesting as Choji from Naruto.
Sarada, on the other hand, has fought many powerful opponents which has led to her physical abilities being boosted to sky-high levels. Although Chocho has fought in the anime before, she has been beaten by her opponents most of the time. There isn't any reason for the fans to see this fight as it simply won't be worth it.
2 Want To See: Delta Vs. Sakura
Sakura is one of the strongest Kunoichi in Boruto. She is the disciple of Tsunade of the Sannin, and a medical ninja with great prowess, using which she has saved many lives. But that's not all, Sakura is a monster in combat as well and she can hold her own against any powerful enemies.
Delta on other the hand, is also a very strong character who serves as one of Kara's Inners. She fought evenly against Naruto when the two clashed, and almost killed him, the reason being Naruto holding back. Fans would absolutely love to see these two powerful women clash against each other. We will also get a glimpse of how strong Sakura has become since the Naruto series ended.
1 Don't Care About: Denki Vs. Iwabee Yuino
Denki is one of the next generation characters in the Boruto series, and it goes without saying that he's the most interesting of them all. Despite being a ninja, he shockingly didn't know what chakra was, which is baffling for a Genin.
Meanwhile, Iwabee ranks as one of the strongest in the new generation of Konoha 11. He knows many powerful Jutsus and is extremely great at hand to hand combat. The fight between these two is the last thing that the fans want to see because Iwabee will finish the fight within seconds, or will be forced to hold back against the man he considers his friend.
